The common thread of this issue centers on optimizing institutional functions and legal frameworks to foster a more equitable, adaptive, and trustworthy societal order. This is explicitly demonstrated through critical discussions on public administration innovations to mitigate market failures, bureaucratic communication strategies designed to reinforce public trust within the Ministry of Finance, and the reconstruction of Islamic jurisprudence (maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah) to safeguard the rights of women and children in unregistered marriages. This institutional complexity is further enriched by research emphasizing the pivotal role of civil servants as catalysts for religious moderation to sustain social harmony in the contemporary era.
Concurrently, this edition places a significant emphasis on the domestic sphere and formal education reform as foundational pillars for human capital development. This paradigm shift is examined from the micro-level—analyzing the impact of positive parenting on parent-child emotional attachment—to macro-educational dimensions, such as effective classroom management and curriculum development tailored to enhance student motivation in madrasahs.
