PERBEDAAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIKLAT JARAK JAUH DALAM PERSPEKTIF GENDER

This research aims to determine gender effect on the distance learning outcomes. The methodology used is a quantitative method, and the research design includes pre-experimentation with a single group. Distance education participants consisted of 80 teachers under The Ministry of Religious Affairs West Java Province. The analysis results on learning activities 1 towards female has mean 83.32 which is greater than male gender 83.4. The mean of learning activities 2 on female is 82.10 smaller than male gender 82.08. Learning activities 3 is 83.78 for the women and greater than male gender 83.56. Simple linear regression analysis shows that there is no average difference or the same variant. There is no influence of gender on learning outcomes in each learning activity session assuming if a significance level of> 0.05 for each learning activity. The significance levels for activity 1 is (0.434> 0.05), Activity 2 (0.747> 0.05), and Activity 3 (0.068> 0.05).
